項目所在地因(yin)地處偏遠無法接入公共(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)網,長期依賴柴(chai)油(you)發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)機供(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian),面臨成本高、污染(ran)重和供(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)不穩(wen)定的多重挑戰。為此,晶科儲(chu)能(neng)采用(yong)交流(liu)耦合微電(dian)(dian)(dian)網方案,部署 645kWh SunGiga 儲(chu)能(neng)柜,與 180kW 光伏(fu)系統(tong)(tong)及柴(chai)油(you)發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)機協同(tong)運(yun)行。儲(chu)能(neng)系統(tong)(tong)通過(guo)智能(neng)調(diao)度策略優(you)先(xian)使用(yong)光伏(fu)發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian),僅在電(dian)(dian)(dian)池電(dian)(dian)(dian)量不足時(shi)啟(qi)動(dong)柴(chai)油(you)備(bei)用(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源,實(shi)現能(neng)源動(dong)態(tai)優(you)化(hua)。這一模式使柴(chai)油(you)發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)機運(yun)行時(shi)間減(jian)少 93%,年運(yun)營成本顯著降低,同(tong)時(shi)系統(tong)(tong)設計壽命超過(guo) 10 年,供(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)穩(wen)定性大幅(fu)提升,為生產活(huo)動(dong)提供(gong)(gong)可靠保(bao)障。
該系(xi)(xi)統(tong)的核(he)心(xin)為高(gao)度集成的 SunGiga 儲(chu)能柜,融合(he)液冷溫(wen)控、多級安全防護與(yu)智(zhi)能能源管(guan)理技術。液冷系(xi)(xi)統(tong)通過精密(mi)的熱管(guan)理邏(luo)輯(ji)將電(dian)(dian)芯溫(wen)差控制在 2°C 以內,結合(he)僅 4kW 的低(di)功(gong)耗設計,顯(xian)著提高(gao)了(le)電(dian)(dian)池壽命和系(xi)(xi)統(tong)性能。消防系(xi)(xi)統(tong)采用氣溶膠滅火裝置與(yu)溫(wen)煙探測器,可(ke)快速響應熱失(shi)控風險。功(gong)率轉換系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(PCS)內置 250kW 逆變器,支持并(bing)網(wang)與(yu)構(gou)網(wang)模式(shi)無(wu)縫切換,保障負(fu)載持續供電(dian)(dian)。
